1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed paid orders will be processed and shipped out within 18–48 hours (business hours, excluding weekends and US federal public holidays).
Orders submitted during holidays or after daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
In rare cases of unexpected inventory shortages, we will contact you via email to adjust delivery timeline or issue a full refund upon your request.
2. Estimated Shipping Transit Time
Once your package departs our warehouse, the standard delivery window is 9–21 business days.
Delivery delays may happen due to customs clearance, postal backlogs, extreme weather, carrier operational issues or local holiday schedules, which are beyond our reasonable control. We do not offer compensation for standard transit delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions and delivery destination before payment confirmation.
We may run free shipping promotions for orders meeting a minimum cart value; promotional terms will be clearly displayed on our website homepage or product pages.
Multiple items combined in a single order will be calculated under one consolidated shipping cost.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All product prices and base shipping charges do not cover import duties, local VAT, customs clearance fees or brokerage taxes imposed by the destination country.
All cross-border import related fees shall be fully borne by the recipient in compliance with local customs regulations. Blaxven will not prepay, cover or reimburse any customs charges.
5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to invalid delivery address, recipient refusal to accept the parcel, unpaid customs taxes or failed pickup:
- The returned package will be retained for 30 calendar days.
- If you request re-delivery after return, you are responsible for all additional reshipping logistics fees.
- Packages unclaimed after the 30-day holding period will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages Upon Receipt
- Damaged goods: You must submit clear photos of the outer packaging and defective items to hello@blaxven.shop within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will offer full refund, partial refund or free replacement after verification.
- Lost in transit: Submit a missing parcel claim via email within 30 days after shipment. We will coordinate tracking with the logistics provider; fully confirmed lost shipments qualify for a refund or re-delivery at your choice.
7. Address Modifications
Address change requests must be sent to our support email before your order is dispatched. No address edits can be made once the package has left our warehouse.
8. Return & Exchange Overview (30-Day Policy)
We support a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your items. All returned goods must remain unused, intact with original packaging and tags attached. 9. Policy Revisions
Blaxven reserves the right to adjust shipping timelines, freight rates and policy terms without individual advance notice. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new effective date. Your continued purchase after updates constitutes acceptance of revised rules.
